CHILDREN'S PARTIES
Church Farm Parties - £19.99 per child
Choice of dining area:
Shepherd's Hut - Minimum of 8 - Maximum of 12 - recommended for children aged 4 upwards
Little Room - Minimum 6 - Maximum 10
Main Tearooms - Minimum 8 - Maximum 14
Parties Available:
Morning session: 10am – 12noon - Food served at 10.15am followed by farm visit
Afternoon session: 1pm-3pm - Food served at 1.15pm followed by farm visit
* Birthday Meal in either The Tearooms, The Little Room or The Shepherd's Hut
* Farm entry for child and ONE parent/guardian accompanying
* 1 bag of animal feed per child
* Downloadable party invitation
Making a Booking:
Please make an enquiry via the contact us form below or call the tearooms directly to make a booking.
All bookings require a deposit of £5pp to secure the booking. This is deducted from the final bill on the day of the event.
The package is inclusive to two attending adults for the birthday child!
A pre-order of menu choices will be required no later than one week prior to the event.
Additional Notes:
Please remember to book extra tables for any other guests attending with the party that are not included on the package.
Additional guests visiting the farm not included within the party package will be required to pay general farm admission.
Refreshments for additional guests will be charged as taken on the day. Alternatively you can pre-order in advance food for the adults alongside the children's party food.
Terms & Conditions:
The farm visit is unaccompanied. Guests are welcome to wander at their leisure. There will be a member of barn staff available to assist with the animal handling for those interested.
You're welcome to bring a birthday cake to celebrate - we kindly ask that it is not consumed on the premises and taken home in party bags.
Feel free to bring balloons & decorations for your table (no table confetti please).
There are some points to note when booking the Shepherd's Hut:
*Access is via steps. It is not wheelchair accessible and there is no space for prams.
*Toilets are located in the main tearooms.
*The tables have bench seating not dining chairs.
